Most pieces can be custom ordered. You may select the type of metal and stones preferred. Per your request, you will receive an estimate for approval and an anticipated delivery date. On some pieces, custom engraving may be requested. Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable.
Buy It Now items are available to ship and will dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Make One for Me are made for you when we receive your order. Please allow 1 week for us to custom craft and send your item. We accept all credit cards available for use by Paypal. Should you need to make other arrangements for payment, please contact us. If you are unhappy with any Buy It Now or Make One for Me item you have purchased from the Shop page, you may return it for a full purchase price refund within 7 days of receipt, with all original tags and packaging, in perfect, unused condition. Refund credit will not include initial shipping costs. Before returning the item, you must email us for a Return Authorization Number. Please email us for your RAN number. We will not accept unauthorized returns.
All of our jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care routine to extend the life of the jewelry.
